Heh, we've had that, North of Laurel, MD between 95 and US 1

there were four or five different MD state prisons that had been back there since time imemorial. Well, a couple times after I first moved to Columbia 30 years ago there were a couple escapes and warning went out to keep your eyes open, don't answer the door type stuff, that and a few break-ins up at the shopping center would get us helicopters w/big search lights.

That hasn't happened in a while though, and I think only the women's prison is still back there. Maybe they send them to the penitentiary out in Cumberland these days.
